Yes clunkers bill has passed with the war funding bill that spends 106 billion going off to support our troops and billions will some good here. Haliburton still wins. Bring a real $1.00 car to a dealer (there are many) and receive $3500 or $4500 dollars towards the purchase of a vehicle that get better mileage. I am to tired to get into details, read here.
