I'm glad to hear you get Rotel up there. All my relatives that have moved away from here make me send them care packages of green and red chile every christmas. It is addicting.
Rotel is also great in salsa's, meatloaf, stews, spaghetti, you name it.
Chile is New Mexico's number one cash crop.
