GOD? Why Does GOD?

Why does GOD not stop the oil entering the waters of the Gulf of Mexico? Stop the bullets that kill the people he loves and loves so much that he died on a cross to save? Stop the little girls being raped by adults they trust and attend his houses of worship? Stop the hunger problems in poor countries, where is that multiplying fish and loaves thing to feed the people he loves?
