Taking care of yourself and your home

It is so sad that many people have no awareness of their own surroundings and the relationship of their homes to whatever waterways around them.

Heck, if it was forecast that my town was going to get up to 10" of rain I'd be thinking of the impact and I live on a high point on the side of a hill.

Apparently these folks were not.

It is not stupidity, it is ignorance. The ability to critically think is waning. Explains much to me and where we are as a country.
